Visual disclosure and technical marking are not the same
EU icons are a voluntary resource for harmonized disclosure. For providers, Article 50(2) also requires machine-readable outputs detectable as artificial or manipulated. This manifest documents composition but does not itself embed a watermark or C2PA credential.
